Our Fee Structure

Our Fee Structure

Please note that our fees for service are levied on a per-hourly session and we also extend our service to include ability to pay structure as we turn no one away. Psychologist fees vary widely, but is mostly based by province, credentials and experience from about $150 per hour to $400 per hour.

Most provinces do not cover psychologist and social work fees. However, most of our clients have well-established insurance plans through employee and private health insurance plans, which in most cases, provide full or partial coverage.

We highly suggest consulting with your insurer regarding coverage and whether or not your plan requires and pre-requests.

Finally, you may be able to claim our services as a tax-deductible, medical expense.

Lastly, our psychologists are registered through the province of Ontario
