Anger can be caused through many mechanisms and quite a few situations can trigger emotions of anger including, but not limited to financial issues, stress, family problems and so on.
For some people, anger is caused by some underlying disorder such as depression or alcoholism. Anger itself isn’t considered to be a disorder, but anger is a known symptom of several mental health conditions.
Anger causes a number of physical and emotional symptoms. While its perfect normal to experience these symptoms on occasion, a person with anger issues tends to experience them more frequently and to a much more severe degree.
Anger affects the body in a number of ways, including your brain, hear and muscles. In addition, it causes an increase in testosterone levels and decrease in cortisol levels.
